Terms and Conditions
Each piece of jewellery bought online is handmade to order so please allow between 1 and 4 weeks from placing the order to your jewellery being dispatched. If the item is in stock it will be sent within 24 hours of payment being received. If there is any particular delay we shall notify you by email and you shall have the right to cancel your order, or have a replacement item sent instead.

UK Delivery - All products are delivered free of charge to mainland UK with Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This is a secure, signed for service by Royal Mail for guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery. Please could you make sure that there will be someone at the address to sign for the parcel, otherwise Royal Mail will leave a missed delivery card and the customer will need to re-arrange the delivery with Royal Mail.
International Delivery - Sent by International Signed For service, this costs £10.00 per parcel. Orders of more than 3 items get free delivery.
Payment - Payment can be made either via PayPal or personal cheque (UK only). Items purchased by cheque will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
Returns - If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please return it within 14 days in the original packaging for a full refund (excluding postage). We recommend that returns are made via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. We accept no responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Cost of return postage is to be borne by the customer.
If goods are defective or faulty please contact us within 7 days of your purchase providing details of any problems.
Repairs - If items are damaged due to a manufacturing default we will repair the jewellery at no extra cost provided it is returned to us within 6 months of purchase. Repairs can be made after six months but will incur a cost.
