Katheryn of Berain - Brass Skull Charm

 Kate and National Museum Wales have collaborated to produce a jewellery collection inspired by the ‘Mother of Wales’, Katheryn of Berain, who was a distant relative of Elizabeth I.  Her portrait, on view at National Museum Cardiff, was painted by Adriaen van Cronenbergh (1568).

The Brass Skull Charm is hand carved and dramatic! This highly detailed skull is made of solid brass and has been polished to show all the fine details.

The lace pattern matches Katheryn’s sleeves. The clasp is a swivel fitting and can be hooked onto your favourite chain or threaded onto ribbon or cord.
